3 Crucial Tips for Managing Diabetes Your Doctor Will Never Tell You

A Message From Andrew - Diabetes Destroyer,

Hi, it's David Andrews here...
When you leave your doctor’s office, do you ever wonder what he’s not telling you?
Every appointment, he tells you to eat less sugar and go on more walks, but aren’t there other ways to get your diabetes under control?
Here’s 3 crucial tips to manage your diabetes that your doctor won’t tell you:

  1. Eat More Fat! (Yes, it's true!)
You read that right. Eat more fat.
That’s because fat helps your body absorb insulin. That means the more fat you eat, the easier it’ll be to manage your blood sugar.
But here’s the kicker: It’s got to be the right type of fat.
You’re looking for Unsaturated Omega-3 Fat.
Here’s some great sources:

  • Fish (Or, my byline:  Fish Oil Supplements)
  • Eggs (Any eggs labeled “enriched” have plenty of omega-3)
  • Grass-fed beef (There’s lots of omega-3 in the grass)

  1. Do Some Pushups…
Or any kind of strength exercises. On a higher intensity for a short period (2-3 minutes will do)
All the cardio your doctor tells you to do will increase your insulin absorption a little, but to really keep your body regulated you’ve got to get your entire body moving.
The best way to do that is any exercise that focuses on strength.
You want to avoid straining yourself, but make a habit of doing a few pushups every day, throw in some body squats, and soon you’ll be taking tighter control of your blood sugar.
Not to mention it’ll get rid of stress, and give you plenty of energy.

  1. Relax (It's all gonna be ok, just take it easy)
Laying back and keeping cool are vital to regulating your blood sugar. Stress causes physical distress on the body which affects blood glucose levels.
Not to mention, when you’re stressed out it’s easy to overeat, which obviously wreaks havoc on your blood sugar.
For easy relaxation, try out simple meditation or breathing exercises.
These tricks will help, but…
If You Want to REVERSE your Type 2 Diabetes FAST while automatically burn fat, here’s what you need: (and this remedy complements the diabetes destroyer system)

Eating Protein With Your Sugary Treats Can Help Prevent Colon Cancer

According to Woman's World:

You can cut your colon cancer risk by up to 50% just by eating protein such as nuts, or cheese, along with your sweeties, your sugary treats.

This will help keep your blood sugar levels more even.  High blood sugars fuel tumor growth, according to Dr Ross Cagan...

One more very important reason for us diabetics to manage our sugar / glucose levels!

Extremely convenient, delicious, and high-protein snack made even better

A message I received from Joel,  to share with you....

But I have to admit, there was a time when hard boiled eggs were more of a chore than a convenience, UNTIL I learned this simple hard boiled egg trick.

Now, if you've ever made hard boiled eggs, you probably know that peeling them can be a royal pain in the butt.  The shell gets stuck to the egg and it can quickly become a crumbly mess.  BUT there's a simple way you can avoid this egg-peeling frustration, and that's by adding 1/2 tablespoon of baking soda to the water.

==> The #1 Fat-Burning Meal (Eat this 2xs a day)
The little tricks works because one of the determining factors in the peel-ability of a hard boiled egg is the egg's pH -- the higher (less acidic) the pH, the easier it is to peel.  Because baking soda has a high pH, it makes for the perfect egg-cooking partner.

Now, to make the egg near-effortless to peel, transfer them to an ice bath and allow them to sit for a while (45 mins or so).  Egg shells are porous so given enough time the cold water will seep in and help to seperate the shell from the egg.

Once done, of course you can store your hard boiled eggs in the fridge for days for a quick, easy and convenient high-protein snack.  Some great condiments to use for your hard boiled eggs are sea salt, pepper, hot sauce, apple cider vinegar, and/or mustard.

Now, if you REALLY want to add convenience to your diet, at the link below we're going to show you the #1 fat-burning meal of ALL-TIME, and how by eating this simple meal twice daily, you can shed fat faster AND easier than ever before...

Even better, you can prepare this simple fat-melting meal in less than 60 seconds.

No, it's not too good to be true.
