Nordic Pole Walking Can Really Help Lower Your Sugar

Well, I was out for my 1 hour Nordic Pole Walking, today. This is such an amazing exercise, and it's not expensive. And, bonus, it's fun!

See if you can find a group of people that will go with you, and make a time that you can all go together.
